Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Sessions are paid in full when you book and are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours' notice, you can move your session to another time at no charge.
When you book, I hold that time for you alone and prepare for our work together. This policy honors that time for both of us.
Payment
Full payment is due when you book through my online scheduler. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Rescheduling or cancelling with 24 hours' notice or more
- You can reschedule to any open time using the link in your confirmation email.
- If you cancel instead of rescheduling, your payment becomes a credit toward a future session. Credits expire one year from the date of the original session and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed session
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, or don't attend, the session fee is forfeited. No refund or credit is given.
Arriving late
Your session ends at its scheduled time, and the full fee applies. If I haven't heard from you 15 minutes after the start time, the session counts as missed.
Connection problems
If the video connection fails, I'll call you at the phone number you gave when booking. If we can't reconnect because of a problem on my end, we'll reschedule the remaining time at no charge.
If I need to cancel
If I cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you choose: a new time at no charge, or a full refund.
Emergencies
Life happens. If you have a true emergency, please contact me as soon as you can. Any exception to this policy is at my sole discretion.
Groups and events
Groups, meditations and retreats have their own cancellation terms, shared when you register.

Use the link in your confirmation or reminder email, or contact me at heatherhealing@yahoo.com. The 24-hour window is counted from your session's scheduled start time, Pacific Time.
By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
